Potomac Valley Veterinary Hospital was founded by Dr Rose Fiskett, in 1988. It was established as a full service hospital with complete surgical, radiography, lab, pharmacy, treatment, and examination facilities, including kennels for boarding.
The ownership changed in 2006 when the Cheema brothers,  purchased the practice from Dr Fiskett. As a small animal practice, Dr Cheema and staff are available to provide your pets with the best wellness and surgical care possible.

 

Prior to PVVH, Dr Cheema was with Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Fairfax, VA. He worked in Buffalo, New York for three years before joining BCAH. He received his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Punjab Agricultural University, India. He also was trained at Tuskegee University. He has special interest in surgery and internal medicine. When he is not working, Dr. Cheema enjoys surfing the web and playing tennis. Dr. Cheema is married and has two children
 

Sarah wears many hats at PVVH: Receptionist, Technician, and cat scratcher. A veteran employee of our practice.
 

Hank provides comfort and support to Cecile, who's about to prepare a bath and manicure (for Hank).

Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm
